1. Equipment Rented

Customer agrees to rent the following items (collectively, the "Equipment"):

• Reusable plastic moving bins
• Dollies (if included)
• Bubble wrap (if purchased)

Quantities and pricing are selected at the time of order through YELLOWBINZ.COM or by phone at 724.999.BINZ.

2. Rental Term

• Standard rental term is 1 week (7 days) unless otherwise agreed upon and added.
• Additional days may be added for a daily fee shown at checkout.
• Rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the pickup date.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Yellowbinz will deliver and pick up bins to and from the addresses specified by the Customer.
• Customer must ensure bins are emptied, stacked, and accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.
• Missed pickups may result in an additional $25 rescheduling fee.

4. Care of Equipment

Customer agrees to:

• Keep bins clean and free of food, liquids, and debris.
• Use bins for moving and storage only.
• Not mark, drill, or permanently alter bins in any way.

If bins are damaged or lost, replacement fees apply as follows:

• Bin: $30 each
• Dolly: $60 each

5. Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time of order.
• Accepted methods: credit/debit card or approved digital payment.
• Customer authorizes Yellowbinz to charge the card on file for late fees, damaged/lost equipment, or additional rental days.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders canceled more than 24 hours before delivery receive a full refund.
• Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

7. Liability

Yellowbinz is not responsible for:

• Items stored or transported in bins.
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse of the Equipment.

Customer assumes all responsibility for safe handling of bins and related equipment.

8. Ownership

• All bins, dollies, and supplies remain the property of Yellowbinz, LLC.
• Customer is renting — not purchasing — the Equipment.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

10. Acknowledgment

By renting from Yellowbinz, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
